主要从事微化工系统的研究,包括多相微流控技术的基础理论研究和平台实际应用研究,以及基于微流控技术制备功能微/纳米材料、功能器件和药物中间体。

近年来作为项目负责人主持的项目如下:
1、微尺度液滴可控聚并强化无机纳米颗粒原位分散过程的研究(国家自然科学基金青年基金项目,21506004);
2、无机纳米颗粒分散体的可控制备及其在复合薄膜检测器件中的应用(化学工程联合国家重点实验室,SKL-ChE-16A01);
3、用于颗粒高效分级的微滤膜系统开发及其过程研究(北京化工大学青年后备人才启动基金,buctrc201617);
4、地屈孕酮光化学反应工艺研究(横向课题,H2017229)。
5、维生素D2、D3的连续流合成工艺研究(企业合作项目,未入校)

国内高校:与清华大学化工系的多位老师开展长期合作,与浙江大学、四川大学、中国石油大学(北京)、华东理工大学等高校的多个课题组有长期联系; 国内企业:与山东清创化工有限公司、博诺康源(北京)药业科技有限公司开展长期合作; 国外高校:与美国麻省理工学院的Jensen教授课题组、Hatton教授课题组、日本东京大学刘副教授课题组有联系,可以推荐学生申请海外交流与深造。

招生需求

希望有上进心的同学加入团队,尤其欢迎有其他学科特长的同学。招生后,按学生意愿分基础研究型与工程应用型进行培养:基础研究侧重科学规律,以 发表高水平文章为目标;工程应用侧重工程技术开发与应用,与微化工企业和制药行业领军企业共同培养,以设备和工艺设计为导向,培养应用技术人才。指导的首 位硕士生周才金已于2018年3月成功考入清华大学化工系继续攻读博士学位(http://www.chemeng.tsinghua.edu.cn /podcast.do?method=newInfo&id=1698),该生在研究生阶段以第一作者发表4篇TOP区SCI文章,申请发明专 利1项;同时,本课题组还为企业持续输送专业人才,解决本院多位同学的就业问题,杜乐亦获得“北京化工大学2017年就业工作先进个人”称号 (http://news.buct.edu.cn/xysx/jjxy/94214.htm)。
