报告人简介:

Scanning probe microscope (SPM) provided unprecedented visualization of individual molecule, and also allowed to manipulate objectives at nanoscale. SPM has been playing a key role in the field of nanoscience. It has significant contributions to understand structures and physical properties of nanomaterials at nanscale. This talk will review the recent results and research activities at SPM group with particular focus towards exploring structures and functions of nanomaterials. In addition, new SPM methods for biological molecules investigation will be also mentioned in this talk.
